Before the start of each shift, our crews gather for a pre-job planning and safety meeting where they engage with our customers to discuss the upcoming job and what the previous crew achieved during their shift. This allows us to ensure we not only have the proper equipment, but also the proper PPE associated with the job. Safety is the number one priority for us and staying prepared is essential.
