At Axis, the first step for any crew member, regardless of years of experience, is to participate in our training program. This week, we are excited that our new P&A crew is going through orientation and company training to get ready to start a job for a customer next week in South Texas. Since the beginning of the unprecedented coronavirus pandemic, Axis has implemented COVID restrictions and continues to host remote, virtual orientations. This crew is currently participating in our virtual class.

Each new hire comes away from the NHO program with the message of “One Team, One Goal.” Several topics are covered during New Hire Orientation, including HSE training, employee benefits and payroll, OSHA and DOT/non-DOT training and competency, and Axis’ Core Values overview. Our new employees also go through compliance, integrity, and safety skills training, as well as preparation for the job.

We hold ourselves to a higher safety standard and we make sure our P&A crews receive extensive health, safety and environmental training to maintain proper certifications. Every job is CORE® Certified, delivering the industry’s highest level of transparency through our exclusive digital performance platform.
