The Rig Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor is responsible for the management and supervision of a workover rig crew and coordinating with various management and subcontractor personnel on customer location. Job Functions/Duties:
- Proactively communicate with the field supervisors and operations management on customer status and crew performance.
- Receive and implement the job orders from company operations management.
- Communicate job and scheduling status with district Sales Representative.
- Effectively and professionally communicate the job schedule and status to the customer.
- Responsible for ensuring all crew members clock-in and clock-out appropriately in the Axis payroll and human resources information system.
- Responsible for reviewing thoroughly and approving all crew members work time and job tickets and processing completed documents to Operations Management.
- Be responsible for the Rig Operator and all information needed to perform the job to the customer’s specifications.
- Effectively monitor and evaluate assigned Rig Operator and crew performance.
- Help support, measure, and monitor all company quality and performance programs.
- Ensure Axis employee communications are provided and explained to all crew members.
- Assist as requested from operations management in the resolution of disputes or problems between customers and Axis.
- Look for new business and market opportunities and communicate with Director of Operations.
- Work with and assist Corporate Recruiter in the recruitment of crew hands.
- Review and prepare Problem Well Reports, Incident Reports, Non-personnel Accident Reports.
- Manage all assigned equipment maintenance and communicate maintenance requirements and issues to Operations and Equipment Management.

- Ensure strict adherence to all company Safety and Operating Policies and standard operating procedures (SOP) with both company personnel and subcontractor personnel.

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Minimum two (2) years of Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor workover rig experience.
- Minimum five (5) years proven experience as a Rig Operator.
- Must have valid, active state-issued Class C driver’s license; CDL Class A or B is a plus; acceptable MVR required.

DescriptionThe Derrick Hand is part of a 4–5-person workover rig crew who are responsible for performing services on workover rigs. This position reports to the assigned Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor or Rig Operator. The primary responsibilities of a Derrick Hand are to work anywhere on the derrick of the workover rig including but not limited to the tubing board and rod basket (in other words this person may also need to go up and perform routine maintenance on the derrick structure or components) and other functions specified by the Tool Pusher or Rig Operator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assists the operator in rigging up and down, lining up the well service rig with the well; performs servicing on the well.
- Responsible for all elevated work associated with rigging up/down (such as removing horse head from pumping unit).
- Responsible for all work performed for the rod basket and tubing board (transferring rods and tubing from the vertical racks to the elevator).
- Operates tubing elevators for standing tubing in derrick.
- Assists in picking up or laying down tubing, manually lifting the tubing from the rack onto the work floor or vice versa.
- Sets hydraulic jacks, handles pads/boards, and assists in attaching the guy wires to the anchor.
- Assists in walking the rods when laying down rods.

DescriptionThe P&A Wireline Operator (Cased-Hole) will execute operations in all aspects of wireline functions required to support Plug & Abandonment operations which may include, but is not limited to, rigging up the truck at the service location, assisting with all operations in the shop and leading wireline operations at the wellsite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Installs / disassembles (rig up/rig down) of wireline and pressure control equipment in accordance with original equipment manufacturer’s standards including verification of applicable certifications. Assembles, secures, and disconnects equipment.
- Have a working knowledge and the ability to run and operate: perforating guns, setting CIBPs, cut tubing & casing. (Ability to run a cement bond log is a plus but not required).

Job Description
The Rig Operator, reporting to the assigned Tool Pusher/Field Supervisor, leads a 4-5 person workover rig crew, and is responsible for performing and safely operating well workover components and services. The primary responsibilities include and is not limited to preparation of crew members, inspection, maintenance, and operations of assigned workover rig, in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. Additional functions may be specified by the assigned Tool Pusher or other designated operations management. Job Functions/Duties
- Confirms all scheduled shift times that the full crew are prepared for work at the assigned rig.
- Supports the workover crew and is responsible for performing operating functions, including driving the workover rig as necessary to the job site, with direction from the field supervisor/Tool Pusher, and/or the customer company representative.
- Inspects the setting up, taking down and transportation of the assigned workover rig.

- Operates rod wrenches, tongs, elevators and other associated rig tools and equipment during well servicing operations
- Assists in picking up or laying down tubing, manually lifting the tubing from the rack onto the

- Dismantles and repairs oil field machinery using hand tools and power tools.
- Cleans up spills.
