Axis Energy Services was proud to support local law enforcement agencies at the 1^st Annual Back the Blue Golf Tournament at Tempest Golf Club this past week as a cook sponsor. Plenty of people were out supporting this great cause and we enjoyed having our cook trailer on the course to feed the participants. The fundraiser was hosted by the Rusk County and Gregg County Peace Officers Associations, two nonprofit organizations that benefit our local communities by assisting the needy, sponsoring activities dedicated to at-risk children, and assisting families that face tragedy in their day-to-day lives. With the success of the golf tournament, these associations are able to assist families during Christmas, sponsor local youth sports teams, as well as many other local events.
