Axis Energy Services has been and remains COVID-free. The company continues to do its part to protect employees, customers, vendors and local communities during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Axis requires employees to electronically report any specific coronavirus-related symptoms prior to arriving at work each day. “Fit-for-Duty” self-reporting forms are completed daily through iScout, an electronic safety management system. These health status reports are sent to customers who require temperature screenings and personnel data ahead of Axis employees arriving at their worksite. In addition to temperature, employees are required to self-diagnose other symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, and proximity to other individuals with COVID-19 symptoms.

Real-time health status reports help customers know who is at their wellsite location and what symptoms they may have in order to keep everyone healthy and safe on the job. Axis provides these reports to customers who request them based on customer preferences, including frequency of reports and time received. Axis also provides policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 and other emergency contingencies to customers when requested or upon adding Axis as a vendor.

Axis management teams are able to set up iScout notifications to be alerted immediately either by text or email when an employee replies ‘yes’ to a systemic condition or ‘no’ to their physical ability (aka Fit-for-Duty). At that point, they are able to call the employee to further investigate before the employee arrives to the work location or Axis office.

With cities and states reopening and coronavirus cases still being reported, Axis continues to work with employees, customers, and vendors to protect the health and safety of employees and their families.
