The company provides completion and production services to oil and gas operators across the United States.
Acquisition Expands Service Capabilities
This acquisition strengthens Axis’ core business lines. These include well servicing, plug and abandonment, cementing, and BOP rentals. Axis also adds wireline services through SPN’s existing infrastructure and crews.
The combined organization increases rig capacity and broadens service offerings. Axis now ranks among the top three well service companies in the U.S. by total rig count.
